What better way to learn about healthier meal options than a free, healthy food demonstration being held at Ventura County Market in Santa Paula on Thursday 2/7/13 at 2pm-6pm. Come sample tasty recipes filled with fruits and vegetables and take home a free recipe book and goody bag. |
