| Description | The Network for a Healthy California-Gold Coast Region invites all Ventura County residents to lead healthier lives by eating more fruits and vegetables and staying physically active. What better way to learn about healthier meal options than a free, healthy food demonstration being held at Tresierras in Santa Paula on Sunday 2/17/13 from 1pm-5pm. Come sample tasty recipes filled with fruits and vegetables and take home a free recipe book and goody bag. |
