Residents of Thousand Oaks and Moorpark can sign up for a free one-week trial membership at the Conejo Valley YMCA (4031 N. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks). Those who sign up will have unlimited use of the Y's new 2,000 square foot fitness facility and indoor heated pool and participate in workout classes. The free membership includes an introductory tour. To arrange a tour and to sign up for the free, one-week membership, contact the Conejo Valley YMCA at 805-523-7613. |
