BOYS II MEN AND EN VOGUE Friday, Aug. 10, 7:30 p.m. The Ventura County Fair presents two hugely popular, chart-topping vocal-driven R&B groups: Boys II Men, famous for it’s a capella hip-hop hybrid and En Vogue which produced some of the steamiest music videos of the early ’90s.
