THE CAPITOL STEPS Monday, Oct. 1. Presented by the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Foundation and KCLU the Capitol Steps began 30 years ago as a group of Senate staffers who set out to satirize the very people and places that employed them. They have performed for five U.S. Presidents, traveled to all 50 states (to perform, not sightsee), recorded more than 30 albums. $25-$45.
