HOLIDAY STREET FAIR/WINTER WINE WALK Saturday, Dec. 7. 12-8 p.m.
Booths and vendors will be set up in celebration of the holidays culminating with snow fall at 6:45 p.m., while the annual winter wine walk will have guests follow the wine trail through downtown Ventura, stopping to taste various wines at local merchants. 6TH ANNUAL OXNARD TAMALE FESTIVAL Saturday, Dec. 7, 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Event participants will be able to choose from 14 different tamale vendors at this annual celebration of all things tamale. Specialty tamales include tamales from the Philippines, tamale burgers from Tomas Cafe, grilled oyster from The Jolly Oyster with Alcaraz Catering and Indian tamales from Taj Mahal Taco & Burrito.
