Ian Morrow was arrested in August 2005 after an incident at the Sans Souci bar in Ventura and was charged with assault by force likely to cause great bodily injury, committing a hate crime and possession of two illegal weapons, police said.
Police say Morrow is a member of a criminal street gang. They would not identify the gang.
He has also been charged with making criminal threats when he was out on bail in March 2007, according to police.
On Jan. 11, Ventura Police Officers served a search warrant at Morrow's house and found eight loaded firearms, a bulletproof vest and Nazi or white power paraphernalia, authorities said.
Three days later Morrow failed to appear in court for his two felony cases and the court issued a $500,000 warrant for his arrest.
Police describe Morrow as a 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pound white male with brown hair, hazel eyes and numerous tattoos.
Anyone with information about Morrow is asked to call Ventura Police Detectives at 339-4394 or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 385-TALK.
